Based in Portugal, D3 Selections sources artisanal, thoughtfully-made wines directly from top cellars in France and Italy. The company was established by Jeff Davis (founder and owner of JD Selections) in 2023 and features a carefully curated portfolio of terroir-reflective wines from top growing regions in Europe. In addition to responsible farming and low-intervention vinification, the thread that ties all wines in the D3 Selections portfolio together is their site-specific nature, quest for purity, and immense drinkability both in the short and long term.
MEET JEFF DAVIS
After two decades spent building and leading financial services businesses across the United States, Jeff followed his love of wine, food, and travel, and ultimately settled with his family in Porto, Portugal in 2022. His passion for artisanal Portuguese wines—as well as connecting those who drink them to the stories behind the bottle—laid the foundation for his first importing venture, JD Selections, which brings small-batch, responsibly-farmed wines to the United States.
In 2023, Jeff founded D3 Selections on the same foundations as JD Selections, though this venture focuses on bringing artisanal wine into the country he and his family now call home. Similar to Jeff’s commitment to deepening American consumers’ exposure to the exciting, family-owned wineries of Portugal, he is equally determined to share the artisanal, terroir-specific wines of France and Italy with wine lovers in Portugal.
D3 Selections is a true family-first, local business. Named after the three members of the Davis family living and making a new home in their chosen community of Portugal.
